1st September 2009 NewsletterHi Everyone,15th Anniversary Dunlop TargaWow, what a response to the last day of the discounted pricing. So take a look at the entry list and see who is going to be your biggest rival. We have received quiet a few entries over the weekend and they will be added to the entry list and updated online shortly. We have seen an increase in the positivity over the last few weeks and by the level of interest it appears that the attitude is changing. You only live once and people have had enough of the doom and gloom merchants, so get yourselves organized and get in touch with us now. For those of you who have foresight and vision then look out for the 2010 entry forms which have just been finalized and are on the website, the best deals are again for those who get in early.Chris Amon and Mayor'sIsn't it great to have such an icon involved again. Although Chris won't be competing he will be helping to raise awareness and the profile of Targa as we travel across the country. Take advantage of the opportunity, let your sponsors know and get them more involved in the event. As mentioned we are planning to have Chris take each Mayor from town to town as we travel down the country. This should help raise the publicity of the event both locally and abroad and in turn the level of exposure you receive. Checking runDennis and I are off on Friday morning to start the final checking run to ensure all the instruction are correct and that the time lines will work so you can enjoy another great event. This is likely to take me away from the office for more than a week and Vicki will be back in charge so things will run much more smoothly without me. We will report back on this in the next newsletter.Thats all for now.Peter and the Targa Team
